Can I apply for more than one vacant position?
You can apply for more than one position/department/restaurant. Even if you fulfill the preselection criteria for more than one position according to the requirements specified in the job postings, we can choose the position and restaurant that best suits you together.
I had applied for a position before and received a negative response. Can I re-apply for another position?
Yes, you can. Each new application you make will be reevaluated specifically for the relevant job posting.
Can I apply for a job before completing my military service?
Yes, you can apply according to the criteria specified in each job posting.
How are my SSI premiums paid?
From day one, all of our employees are covered by the Social Insurance Institution. By reporting all your earnings, your SSI premiums are paid.
Can I work part-time?
Yes. You have the opportunity to work part-time. You can apply for our vacancies in the "Careers" section of Tavuk Dünyası. Once you start working with us, we are able to alter the contract type to help reestablish our employees' work-private life balance when changes are required due to school or other circumstances. (We can transfer you from full-time to part-time and vice-versa.)

What is the annual leave policy at Tavuk Dünyası?
Our annual leave policy is applied according to the employee's seniority and the applicable Labor Law.
Other than annual leave, what are your leave policies?
As well as public and general holidays, our company also offers leave for birthday and moving house as well as administrative leave to allow you complete your official procedures.

Within the scope of new generation working models, our employees determine their own working arrangements (remote, in-office or hybrid) according to their business plans.
What kind of support do you offer to young talents at your company?
At Tavuk Dünyası, working with and investing in future leaders is among our priorities. In this context, we have long-term interns working with us at our Head Office and/or Restaurants. Within the scope of the internship program at our Head Office, our interns first participate in an orientation program. Afterwards, we place them at related departments where they can use their knowledge and skills and where they wish to gain experience. We offer a flexible approach to our interns who wish to experience different departments during their internship and support them in finding the most suitable department/role by making department/function changes. Our interns also participate in training and development programs held within the company. We continue to work with interns who are successful at their internship programs once they graduate from school. We take care to train the chefs of the future by including them in the development program. We offer "Chef Candidate" positions at our existing branches to interns who successfully pass the 2-year internship training program. We also have a structured internship program at our restaurants. Students studying in Vocational High Schools/Mesem Centers participate in a 2-year training program designed by Tavuk Dünyası Academy Directorate.
